With a leadership development career spanning more than 20 years, she has held roles from operational to CEO so she’s seen middle management from every angle! She walks the talk!
She is a global award winning professional speaker, facilitator and executive coach.
The drive to support and skill managers comes from her own senior leadership experiences. Sally delivers presentations, keynote speeches, workshops and coaching – all online and face-to-face – to help skill managers, boost productivity and self-leadership.
Sally has worked with 15,000+ managers and leaders from medium sized to global organisations in Germany, Middle East, Asia, North America and across Australia. She has extensive qualifications, a wicked sense of humour and an ability to engage and inspire while making people feel at ease.
Shelly hails from Dublin and has made Australia her home for over a decade. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Media & Communications, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management, accredited in the neuroscience of Leadership and expert Coach for High Performance, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

With a track record of successfully managing large teams of up to 120 people in her previous roles as General Manager, Shelly possesses a deep understanding of people from diverse backgrounds. Successfully delivering outcomes for business partners at a global scale, she is driven by a passion for unlocking individuals' potential, believing that maximizing their capabilities ultimately enhances both individual and team performance.

Mel Rowsell is leadership coach, facilitator and consultant. She has a background in helping ambitious and high performance leaders and companies. She co-founded technology success story Vend and scaled an award winning culture along the way. She guides entrepreneurs and leaders to be the best they can with an emphasis on difficult conversations, building resilience, self mastery and mastering the human connection at work.  
 
Mel is a Neuroleadership Institute trained coach with five years of experience coaching CEOs, founders, and leaders of all levels. Combining this with 20 years of practical leadership experience, and commercial nous, Mel brings a unique lens to coaching. Mel’s niche is bringing the human element back into the workplace. This combination of the human element and the practical, commercial and analytical is what sets her apart.
