A TRANSFORMATIONAL
LEADERSHIP JOURNEY

We are thrilled to announce the return of our Women in Leadership Retreat program, offering 16 women the chance to embark on a transformational leadership journey. This program is designed for women who want to refresh their career strategy and realise their business goals with the support of a network of women leaders from a diverse range of industries and backgrounds.

Each participant will spend this time away learning how to level up, develop, and master new skills as a leader with our expert facilitator, whilst reenergising through our wellbeing workshops. This will be a safe space that will encourage healthy discussions and a perfect opportunity for brainstorming ideas for your business.

This is your chance to reflect on the impact your work has and return to the office as a more fulfilled, driven, and exceptional leader.

WHAT KEY AREAS OF LEADERSHIP WILL WE FOCUS ON?

CULTIVATE TRUST, ENHANCE
PERFORMANCE, AND FORGE
IMPACTFUL CONNECTIONS

Leaders of organisations spend a lot of time focusing on the
mechanics of their business, ‘How are we tracking against KPIs?’,‘Have we met our sales targets for this month?’, ‘How muchrevenue have we generated?’

Whilst these are all important aspects of a leader’s role, they can
often be all consuming. Other important aspects of the role, such as building strong professional relationships with the team, setting expectations around behaviour, and having genuine conversationsthat will help your team improve are often pushed to the side.

Leadership itself is a skill that needs to be nurtured, practiced,
and learned.
This leadership retreat will provide critical time
away from the mechanics of the business and allow leaders to
spend time with the dynamics of their own leadership and learn
how they can lead their team in the best way possible.

Investing in this program will give you clarity of purpose, allow you to understand the importance of building trust and strong relationships with your teams and ultimately help improve performance.

You will come back to the office feeling reinspired, recharged
and ready to make a positive impact on your team.
